Refund & Exchange Policy

• Facial Packages & Specials:
  All facial packages and promotional services are final sale. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.
• Product Purchases (Unopened):
  Products may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and unopened.
  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Opened Products:
  Opened products may be eligible for in-store credit on a case-by-case basis, if:
  • At least 75% of the product remains, and
  • The item is returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Right to Refuse Service:
  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
